Sunday at the Adelphi means one thing above everything else. The roast. It's been drawing a loyal crowd for years, and it's not hard to see why. Slow-roasted Jersey beef arrives with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, mash, green cabbage, crushed carrot and swede, broccoli and a proper roast gravy.
